Programs in Tools Pulldown

[Gene]

Several programs (e.g., ICQ, Net2Phone, Yahoo Messenger)
have somehow found their way into my Tools pulldown on
the browser.... I tried right-clicking, tried going into
Options, but could not find a way to delete these items.
Any ideas? Please respond here with copy to my e-mail,
(e-mail address removed).

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and BHO:

Look at the entries one by one in the first section "Internet Explorer Toolbar Buttons", the items under the Tools menu will be listed here.
