Programs Crashing

When I am on the net (Inetnet Explorer) or playing any thing, it will crash. Just like that. no error messages, no and if or buts. Pissing me off. And when I try to take to a tecksupport person it tells me that my product id has been use too many times. WTF I have not used it once. XP programers are starting to get lazy.
 
In the Device Manager / Startup and Recovery , uncheck the auto startup.
This should give you a blue screen error message. Record and repost here .

What OS are you talking about ???? device manager/ Startup and Recovery ?????? No such thing.
 
Woops!....... System Properties /Advanced / Startup and Recovery / Settings
tab / uncheck automatic restart. Jym
