programs available to all users????

When I click on start and then on "all programs", my list
is different than other users on our computer. Why?? All
of the users on our computer are the same type. Example:
2 of us have Sony Clie handhelds. We both need access to
the program. It shows up in my program list but not in
the other user's list. Why? Can I change this? How?

Hi,

First, simply try moving the shortcuts.

From:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs

To:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

This should cause it to appear in everyones start menu. You may find
however, that the program does not operate correctly in the other user
profile. To correct this, you need to reinstall it while logged on as that
user. This is because some software installation routines are not written
with true user profiles in mind.
