programs automatically loading

How do I set which programs get started at login and/or
computer bootup? I have installed kodak easyshare
software and it loads when I log in and is on my task
bar. I want to disable that and only load it when I want
it.

From Start>Run type

msconfig

then click on the startup tab.

Some programs may have an option in their settings to stop that particular
program loading at startup.
