Programs accessing the internet

Can someone tell me how to identify which program is
sending data to and recieving from the internet?I use XP
Pro with DSL and ICFirewall running.My modem data and tx
leds blink continually. The GRS site says i'm stealth and
nothing in taskmanager looks amiss.I've run 2 uptodate
antiviral programs plus adaware to no result.Thanks.
