Programming for Automated E-mails

I need to add some programming to my Access database to cause an automated
e-mail to be sent as soon as a form has been filled in and closed. Or from a
button on the switchboard after the form is filled in. Dates from the form
and some other information, will need to be on the e-mail, hence the e-mail
cannot be generic. Any suggestions welcome - thanks a million!
