Programming custom animation

A while ago I managed to create a custom animation in
PowerPoint 2002 by running a VB macro to program the
Modify command for a shape.

Sadly, I have lost the VB code and I can't find the page
in PowerPoint help where I originally found how to do this.

Any ideas for references?

Anthony

Anthony,

I have seen it done in VB in Excel, and I think I know where a VB for
PowerPoint is. Maybe tomorrow if you want it. Would vba do?

This one is a custom animation in vba based on a knowledge base article.
Please let me know if it is not what you are after:

Glen,

Thanks for this but it is not what I am looking for. Let
me make this clear, I am not talking about a macro that is
run during a slideshow to produce an effect but a macro
which, when run during slideshow design, programs the
animation menu in some way. I found some example code in
PowerPoint VBA help in some obscure location but have now
lost both code and reference.

I can send the powerpoint file but I have stupidly deleted
the macro though its effects on the animation menu are
there.

The thing that I hate most sbout Microsoft is their lousy
documentation.

Anthony,

Do you know what version the information applied to? It will help me when I
go looking.

For example, you can do things with picture filters in html code, but the
only reference I have ever found was in the Office *97* help file.

Thanks, Mike ... mind if I turn this into a FAQ?

Sure. That would be great.
