Hi

A little while ago someone asked how can I get my programmes in
alpherbetical order when I click on start, can someone tell me as I have
deleted it by mistake.

Right click, sort by name (in the list you are wanting to sort.)
 
And there's really no need for your sarcasm. If you have nothing to offer the OP, why bother with your unnecessary anecdotes?
