I need a computer programmer that can design a pice of software that makes
professional looking websites in a quickly and easily just by answering a
few questions if u can make this in less than 2 weeks reply and there could
be residual income involved if its up to standered.

I think the software you might be referring to is called FrontPage;
Microsoft sells it.
