Programme similar to SpyBot - Search and Destroy

Good morning/afternoon!

Is there a freeware, similar to SpyBot, that can be run on computers
*without* installing it, and then used to remove all spyware found.

If running a programme without first installing it is not possible, then
please excuse this post.

This page checks for adware/spyware. I don't think it removes it though.

You can also run the tests at PC Pitstop, it checks for spyware too (plus
