programatically changing the category

Hi, I'd like to make a button on my contact form and assign it to run some
code that will do two things:
First, it will add the contact to the category "Finished", and then, if the
contact is in the category, "Unfinished", it will remove it from that
category. My contacts may also be in other categorys, but they will remain
unchanged.
