Logon as a user with administrator access.
Create a short cut to the program. (Open Windows
Explorer, naviagte to the program, typically under
c:\program files\the_program Right mouse click on the
programname.exe file and select create shortcut.
Then right mouse click on the shortcut and select cut.
Then navigate to c:\documents and settings\all
users\start menu\programs then right mouse click and
select paste.
This will place the short cut in the all users folder so
all users will have access to it.
right mouse click on the shortcut and select rename to
rename it to something more appropriate if required.
