Program trying to gain access to Outlook contacts

I just installed Office 2003 on my new laptop with Vista Home Premium OS and
installed a wireless network in my home. Every time I open Outlook I receive
a notice from Windows Defender that a program is trying to access the email
contacts I have stored and asks if I will grant permission. If I refuse I
get a runtime error and Outlook closes. If I accept I get a notice that a new
account has been found and needs to be imported. If I accept no new account
is listed, if I refuse I can't check my email. Task manager shows no other
programs running, MacAfee, Norton, and Windows security sweeps do not find
anything malicious. No new accounts are listed. Any ideas?

Except that none of us has ever seen this message in Outlook and Windows
Defender is throwing the message. Sounds like Windows Defender hasn't quite
figured out how Outlook's Email Security update works or the user is using
an add-in that needs to be updated:
