With Windows 2000 Professional you can set
various security settings for folders.
Having done this I have lost track of which folders have which
security settings.
It is rather tedious going to each folder and checking.

Now,
Is there a program which will show all the configured
security settings for all folders
on all drives/partitions?

Try LANGuard (I think it also shows this I could be wrong)
ftp://ftp.gfi.com/lannetscan.exe

Is that also down under admin tools

PERMS from MS Win2k reskit:
<http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/perms-o.asp>
"Perms displays a user's access permissions for a specified file or
set of files.
To use Perms, you need "Backup files and folders" privileges on the
computer where the files are stored, and you must be logged on as a
member of the Administrators group for the domain or computer where
the user account is defined. Otherwise, "Access denied" errors might
occur."

I don't know how these compare, but the above description could also
be applied to AccessEnum.

AccessEnum v1.1
AccessEnum, a utility that quickly shows you possible security
problems in your file and directory security settings, now also works
on Registry keys. AccessEnum comes with complete source code.

Good luck,
