I have a dvd which has been scratched and so can't all be read.
I have done a search and found something called isobuster.
Can anyone recommend any other software to try and recover stuff from this
DVD?

Thanks
Ben

I've had luck with Nero copying the disc to the ImageWriter
plugin and then reburning the resulting NRG back to disc.

Between DVD Decrypter and a gentle rub with white toothpaste (if needed),
there hasn't been one yet I couldn't rescue. It takes patience though.

This is Thip for forever:

Does this works for CD's also? I want to read a few scratched CD's.

It'll only read DVD's. Same goes for DVD Shrink--I've tried them both in
total desperation.

Also try rinsing the CD with very hot, almost boiling water.
Getting grease, oils, fingerprints off without leaving a soap residue.
I haven't tried the toothpaste yet.
