Program to mirror image files

I've always liked my desktop icons on the left-hand side of the screen. To
compliment this, I tend to choose wallpaper with reasonably plain
backgrounds and an image on the right-hand side of the screen (usually
half-naked women).

I've got a few nice wallpapers that need "flipping" with a program that can
rotate them in a mirrored fashion. I was wondering if there was any simple
freeware that can do this.
