Program to log internet connection

I want a program to keep track of my usage upload and download. Anything out
there? I want it to measure megabytes sent and recieved on a 24hour schedule
and log it.

I'm not sure about the logging part, but Sysmetrix provides TCP in/out,
avg. TCP in/out, and total TCP in/out (in MB, KB, GB, or whatever you
want), as well as having other functions. The nice thing about it is that
it's so customizable that you can use as many or as few of it's features
you want, and you can make it look any way you like.

TICK tracks internet connections and records MBs sent and received. Can also
be used to record costs for dial-up accounts.
