program to identify RAM?

Is there a program that will identify my RAM chips? Things like
ECC/non-ECC? Parity/non-parity? Etc.?
 
Apparently I couldn't figure out how to get all the info out of Sisoft's
Sandra. I couldn't find much info at all about my RAM chips. I'll check
this one out...thanks!

I'm replying to this thread a little late, but I've found that CPU-Z is
really good for identifying CPU, memory and motherboards:
