Program to do 'diff' of binary files?

Hi!

Is there any freeware program to do the same to binary files, that the
UNIX 'diff' does with ASCII files?

I want to compare a bad file with a known good copy, to know what parts
of the file got corrupted.

Frhed - the "Free Hex Editor" - will do this and lots of other useful
things.
