I am looking for a program that will download user specified
pages at
websites. I don't need the whole website downloaded, just a
single page.

A tabbed browser is perfect for that. They can download a group of pages all
at once.

Maxthon, Slimbrowser, and Greenbrowser are all good programs.

I think maybe you are kidding. This is what all internet browsers do,
whether tabbed or not. Internet Explorer is one of many freeware examples.

I assume you also want to save the "downloaded page" on your hard
drive for offline viewing.

Kyb IE Getemall will do this.

You can add the pages you want to a list and from the list choose to
refresh (and save the updated page) whichever pages you want.

Free for limited no. of pages only.
