I connect via mybluelight using an Agere System PCI softmodem on w2k

Can someone point me to a utility that displays modem connect speed

I have netstat live from analogx, but I want to know the connect
speed, not the throughput

Failing that, is there some modem string that you can use to display
the speed?

TIA

X-No-Archive: yes

Hover the mouse cursor over the internet connection icon in the tray
and the connect speed will show.

You will get the true connect speed only by putting in some extra
setting (like W2 for Rockwell modems).

I find RAS Monitor pretty useful -
