Program to clear just the cache for Mozilla and IE

I'm looking for a program that will delete just the cached files in both
Mozilla and IE, but I definitely do not want to delete the cookies,
history, or anything else.

Can anyone suggest such a program?

Download the Web Developer addon in Mozilla and clear your cache with
it. In IE, just go to Options and bla bla bla,

Thanks, Poko, but what I was really after was a single simple to use
program to do both at once, for a non-technical user.

I don't think there is one to do both Peter. I use two cleaners that
will do what you wish and more. Cleanmocache for Moz
http://www.buttuglysoftware.com/ and Disk Cleaner for IE
http://www.xs4all.nl/~mp2004/
Let us know if you find another that does both,
