Program Sharing Over A Windows Network

I have a small home network with 10 computers in it i would like to get a
program that will share other programs over the network if anybody knows
about a program please could they reply to me

There is no magic that will allow programs to be shared over a network. A
program is either designed to be run over a network or it is not.
