Program runs slowly

hello!

I wrote a program for a userform in VBA in outlook.
The program checks an email in Inbox/Sent Items and according to the email
address, finds the name of the person in an access Data Base, and saves the
email (the body) in the Data Base. everything works fine, accept the fact
that it takes a very l-o-n-g time!!! How can I make things go faster???
