program running when I start up windows2000

i have a program that just started automatically running
when I start Windows. It is automatically connected to
the internet and it display adds on the internet. I can't
get it to go away. And I cant fing the start up folder in
windows 2000. How do I get rid of this annoying program?

Use tip 2620 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to locate and
disable it.
