Program removal

Have removed with Control panel-removal tool and also with Regedt32 but item
still on hard disc somewhere?? Anybody knows another way to remove that pest..

That is very non-specific.

Find the location of the 'item' you speak of and highlight it and press
SHIFT+DELETE...
