Program Opening

I used to plug an olympus D-560 into a USB and a program
would open automatically and give me options one of which
was to download pictures to computer.

Program will not open.

Help please

just inform that disc-formated install of fujifilm
digital camera MX-700 not exist or could not be use to
windows-XP, but in windows 95-98 could be, why ???
