Can you tell us the name of the program, it will be in the title bar of
the dialog.

There are a few that are famous for doing this, Norton's ccApp.exe
being one of them.

I Googled for that without success, can you confirm the spelling?

Have you installed a new program recently which has a name anything
like this?

Have you run a virus check (with up to date definitions) and something
like AdAware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and SpyBot
Search and Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) just
in case it's malware?

Somebody else in the group may recognise the name, let's see.

apkpliil.exe does not appear to be a Microsoft file.
Run an up to date anti-virus.
Then eliminate any spyware.
What You Should Know About Spyware
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/devioussoftware.mspx

CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
(if your OS is Win2k or XP) The process of removing certain malware may kill
your internet connection. If this should occur, this program, LSPFIX, will
enable you to regain your connection.

See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
