program not responding

I get the following error message as a result of attempting to access sites
in IE. I cannot find any way to solve the problem. Wondering if I should
update IE or is it a firewall issue or a missing file in XP?

is the message I regularly get with slight differences in 95%iBucketTable etc.
The message further states: Application not found.
It happens when the program is unable to end by itself in Windows XP Pro
with all ServicePacks and updates installed.
Windows each time makes a report buth then the message appears.
Your message states (leaving Loca as ment oca) about the same and my
questions are:
1. did you receive any sufficient answer/ solution?
2. can anybody reply with a solution?
3. on google is a link to PCTools with OCA.Microsoft. Anybody tried that
without problems?
