I recently bought a program that is compatible with windows XP yet it won't
automatically install. It says that administrative rights must be obtained
prior to installing, and I am the administrator on this computer. But none
of the information for the disc will come up when I insert it and searching
for it hasn't brought me any luck. I was wondering how I can install this
program?? Where/how would I find it??

Hello Alicia,

What happen when you right click on the installation file ?

Right click on the setup file and, from the drop down menu, select the 'Run
as Administrator' optiºn.

I hope this post is helpful.

Let us know how it works ºut.

I can't even find the setup file on my computer.. it's not registering that
there's a disc in the drive.

Hi Alicia,

Try using system restore.

Choose the point just before the install was done.

This should restore your PC back the way it was.

If you don't mine could you tell us the name of the program.

Best of luck to you
