To alphabetize the Programs list, right-click on any of
the programs and click "Sort by name"
 
If that does not work,

Rightclick anywhere in the list, then 'sort by names'

lep, just click and drag in the programs list to where
you want them to be. i also like alphabetized and do it
manually by clicking each program name and dragging it to
where I want it to be.
