Program is not a win32 application

So there is a prgram that won't launch because there is a
error that says it isn't a win32 application but on other
peoples windows computers it does work! If anyone has any
idea how to fix this please help. Sorry if I am in the
wrong place Application Compatibility is down.

If you downloaded the program, get a different installation file by
downloading again.

If from a CD that you burned, try installing from the original media
instead. If trying to install from original media, check if the disk and the
disk drive are in need of cleaning. If still no luck, try copying the CD
contents to a folder on the hard drive and run setup from there.

Check the documentation either way to make sure you are installing a
version for XP or, if an older program, select the Win2000 options during
setup.
