Program "in use"

I have a simple .exe file on my desktop, and it would be
much more convenient for me if I could move it to another
directory. However, any attempts at moving or renaming
this file are interrupted by a "This program is currently
in use" prompt. I've checked the ask manager porcesses
and applications, and nowhere can I see this file
running. I've also tried restarting my computer, closing
all other apps, etc. Any advice would be much
appreciated. Thank you.

This does not apply to Active Directory. I might suggest that you post in a
more appropriate NewsGroup, like WIN2000.General.
