PROGRAM FREEZES

Hello,
Lately, every time I try to edit a video, Windows Movie Maker freezes.
I've downloaded the update but it didn't help. I've checked the temp
storage, didn't help. I appreciate any suggestions.

One of the problem codecs may have been introduced with other software. See
the Problem Solving > Acceleration and Codecs page of my site.
