G Guest Dec 19, 2004 #3 IE and Firefox, but i thought it would be the same with every program? Thanks
R Ramesh [MVP] Dec 19, 2004 #4 Hi, It's not the same with every program. Different programs have different registry settings. Also, this cannot be done without a third-party utility like: Set the default browser for your user profile: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/defaultbrowser.htm Set the default email client on a per-user basis http://windowsxp.mvps.org/defaultmail.htm Per User Display Settings: http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_userdisplay.htm -- Ramesh, Microsoft MVP Windows XP Shell/User http://windowsxp.mvps.org IE and Firefox, but i thought it would be the same with every program? Thanks
