Program copying

I have Outlook 2003 at work and I review emails at home on my computer. I do not have Outlook at home though. I have heard that it is ok to copy the program from a work computer to a home computer if is used for business. Is this true or is Bill Gates going to lock me up for this?
 
That sounds more like a company policy than a Microsoft one.
Licensing is different for every business, so whether or not something like
that falls within the scope of your license is something you'll have to
check on with your company. However, from past experience, unless you have
a "corporate" version that doesn't go through product activation, the people
at MS are not likely to let you install a single-license application on more
than one computer.
If you do have a corporate version, then you *can* install it, but whether
or not you are *allowed* to still depends on the terms of your license.

In addition to what Ziggy said, Microsoft does have an option for licensing
Office 2003 for employees' use at home, but I don't think it's part of the
standard license.
