Program Copy/ Transfer

I have just purchased a new laptop with Windows XP. On my
desktop I have ME and use a bookkeeping program for which
I no longer have a program disk. Is there a way I can
copy or transfer the program from my ME to my new XP?
I've tried everything I can think of with no luck.

No, you'll need the original installation media.
