Program Compatability wizard failed.
Error message on Windows XP leads to MS article 324767,
Error Message When You Install or Start an MS-DOS or 16-
Bit Windows Based Program.
I follow the directions given until I am directed to
right click the %SYSTEMROOT%\System32 folder.
WHERE IS THAT SPECIFICALLY?

%systemroot% means the folder where Windows is installed. Typically, this is
c:\windows.

Thank you, Ted!
So, when I am prompted to right click %SYSTEMROOT%
\System32 folder, I just simply right click C??? YOI!

Here's another question:
Instructions state locate the expanded Command.com file
and that Command.com file is not edited or created in
this process, so I may have to expand it from my Windows
XP CD-Rom.

NO, I do not have a command.com file when I search (no
results).
Would you translate all this and define "expand(ed)"
TYTYTY!

If %systemroot% = c:\windows,

Then %systemroot%\system32 = c:\windows\system32
