Program Comp.Wizard gone south Winter

I have Win Pro XP and my windows compatibility wizard has
disappeared and i can,t use to run Dirt Racing how do i
get him to come back from holidays i guess. do i have to
reformat again this is getting to be apain My Mac Friends
never have these PROBLEMS Don @ (e-mail address removed) anybody
help.

I checked add/remove programs then went to Add/Remove Windows Components and
checked accessories but I couldn't find an entry for Program Compatibility
wizard. I checked the properties of the shortcut and it points to a target
called "hcp://system/compatctr/compatmode.htm. You might try searching for
compatmode.htm on your system if you're just missing the startbar shortcut.

I couldn't find any articles in Google about a missing application
compatibility wizard.
