Program Attempting to Access my Outlook Address Book

Every time my Outlook 2002 receives an email, I receive a message that a
program is attempting to access my Outlook Address Book. I'm asked whether I
want to allow access or not. The message, which pops up over whatever I'm
doing, is driving me nuts. I suspect the culprit is Windows Mail or Windows
Contacts, because I never had this problem with Windows XP. Does anyone have
a fix for this?

Thanks for contacting me, Frank. I did post to an Outlook newsgroup and
received no responses. I posted to Vista because I never had this problem
with Outlook 2003 in Windows XP, only since I loaded it into Vista
Professional (btw, my Outlook version is 2003, not 2002). I suspect something
in Vista (perhaps Vista's Windows email or contacts) is attempting to access
my Outlook address book every time I receive an email. There might be a
genuine issue here. Thanks.
