program accessibility with user accoung

We have a program called "Dodge Market Leader" that we
have loaded onto an XP machine. It runs properly under
an administrator account, but we can't get access to it
through a non-administrator user name. Any suggestions?
 
Contact the company, make your users power users, are you technical, if so get reg and file mon from www.sysinternals.com and monitor the program and see what it wants.
