We have a progrma that goes across th enetwork to allow our security manager
to view cmaeras at remote locations. This is eating up precious bandwidth
because he is constatntly dong this. Is there anything that I can do to
prevent an appliaction from being able to run during certian times of the day.

Hi Geroge,

Are you using any firewalls? I think firewalls can do this restriction.

We have firewalls out to the Internet and between our network and the
webserver. But we run no firewalls between branches.

Hi,

I think set up a firewall is a effective & only way to restrict network
traffic. You can use ISA which produced by MS. For ISA issue, I'd like to
suggest you post at :

Microsoft.public.isa.

Thanks.
