Program aborts

Need help please.
Have users with powerpoint 2003 and Adobe Acrobat 5.0. When converting from
powerpoint to PDF, Program starts successfully with couple of blue lines
indicating progress and then aborts with no errors ? Happens to 95% of
powerpoint clips ? Have uninstalled and reinstalled both application to no
help. Thanks for any recommendation

Acrobat 5 isn't fully compatible with Office 2003. You may find that an
upgrade is needed to solve the problem.

But how are your users doing the conversion? I'm guessing they use the toolbar
installed by Acrobat. Have them try this instead:

Choose File, Print
Choose Acrobat Distiller as the printer
Choose any other desired print settings
Print
