Is it possible to delete locally stored profiles automatically?

can I set some policy in the GPO to do this and also will I need to delete
all profiles first before the Group Policy kicks in.

If this is not possible is there 3rd party software that will do this job?

Thanks

Hi

You could consider using Microsoft's Delprof.exe in e.g. a computer
startup script (with a GPO) that runs as part of the boot up process
(before the user logs in).

To be able to access files (e.g. Delprof.exe) over the network from the
computer startup script, you could put the file(s) on a network share
and grant read access for the AD group "Domain Computers" to the share.

Look in Group Policy under "Local Computer Policy\Computer
Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles." You
probably want to enable "Delete cached copies of roaming profiles."

You will need to delete already-cached profiles, unless someone logs
into the corresponding account, in which case the profile will be
deleted when the user logs out.
