I have a Windows 2000 AD with Win XP clients. Is there a
way to set it up, so that when the clients are logged on
and they change something........all of their changes
become undone and reset to their initial states when they
log off and log back on? I'd be very interested in
setting this up if it can be done, but I'm not sure if it
is possible or if it is, how to do it. Any help would be
appreciated greatly. Thanks!

What you need is a mandatory profile.
Basically all you need to do is configure it the way you want (using a normal
roaming profile) then log out and, on the server copy of the profile, rename
NTUser.dat to NTUser.man

http://www.microsoft.com//windows2000/en/server/help/sag_UP_Create_Mandatory_
Profile.htm

You can assign the same mandatory profile to multiple users.

Andy.
