Profiles and e-mail accounts

I have XP and Outlook 2003 and use a POP3 server. I have more than 1 e-mail
address and would like to be able to access them all through the same outlook
profile. I can do this by having all e-mails going into the same Inbox. Is it
possible to use different inboxes (profiles?) for each address and show all
of these on the Navigation Panel for the one copy of Outlook?

You can use Rules Wizard rules to separate mail from different accounts into different folders, all in one profile.

Many thanks Sue. Hadn't thought about using Rules Wizard. Have used it to
sort e-mails from different accounts in the past but can you also use it to
sort mail received by different accounts? For example I have three e-mail
accounts - (e-mail address removed);colin2@abc.com and (e-mail address removed) - can I set up a
rule that sorts all incoming e-mails into folders colin1, colin2 and colin3?

Why not try it and see for yourself? You'll see a "through the specified account" condition.

Sue, I'm not as clever as Colin, but I have the same issue, can you please
give me a little more guidance on the steps through the wizard.

Appears to work Sue, thank you very much. I really hadn't thought about using
Rules. Only thing I fortunately haven't been able to confirm yet is whether
Junk Mail still goes to Junk Mail Folder or whether that will also get
redirected to Colin1, Colin2 or Colin3 as appropriate.

Geekayess, following is procedure
Tools: Rules and Alerts
E-Mail Rules
New Rules
* Start from a blank rule
Check messages when they arrive
Next
through the specified account
Select specified account
Next
move to the specified folder
Next
select any exceptions you want to apply
Finish
Apply

Junk Mail does get redirected to new folders rather than going into Junk Mail
folder like it used to when all e-mails went direct into Inbox. I will have
to try to find a way to stop it unless anybody else out there can help
