I am try to create roaming profiles

When you create profile do you have to creat directory for each profile or
Active Directory creat it and I just have to locate it

If you pointed to a profile folder (such as the documents and settings
folder) setup as a share using the %username% variable, then once they log
in the profile will be created at the share and will apply to them no matter
what W2k machine they log in. Be careful if using mixed client operating
systems.

Hello.

The profile directory will be automatically created when it is specified in
the user's account properties. However, you will need to create a directory
and share it to allow the user to access the new directory across the
network.

When the user logs onto the network and then logs out, the roaming profile
directory will be populated with the user's roaming profile.
