profile not being saved

I have a user who previously used the TS client through a
Win2000 esktop machine...now he has been given a Wyse
3225 terminal and now... his profile will not save. The
next day we have to recreate his mailbox and go through
the Internet Connection Wizard... It only happens the
next day... If he disconnects or logs off during the day
he can go back and not miss a beat... If he logs on in
the morning... everything we changed is gone. Any ideas?

His profile is set up like every other use from the looks
of it?????
 
So if you monitor the profile directory on the server,
what is happening to that folder during the night time?
Maybe setup some auditing on the server to track it.
