I've created/designed promotional emails in the past which include photos,
text and links. The problem is that I frequently hear from a recipient that
the pages overlap and the text is not alligned properly, in short that it
doesn't appear as my creation.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what program or techniques I can use to
create/design an email that will make it to other computers in the same
condition as
it was created, that when they open up the email it will look identical to
the one I
emailed?

Thanks.

Consider providing a link to a copy of the email on your web site.

There will always be compromises here because different email clients treat
html emails differently, much as browsers do (or to a large extent, did).

The following may help iron out the inconsistencies.

Be aware that Outlook 2007 adds more issues here because it uses the Word
html rendering which is limited in its html and CSS support. Details of this

You can create your info and then save it as a PDF to send out as an
attachment to or imbedded into your promotional email.

This is interesting. Could you tell me how to make a PDF out of that page on
my FrontPage Website? I don't see anything in any of the menus. I do have
the PDF
program installed on my computer. Thank you.

No, but you could try this free program

Actually, I haven't used it myself to create PDF from a web page, only from
Word. It would be interesting to see if it works OK. Try File Print or Ctl+P
