products, serials and passwords

I have a lot of software that I need to organize into a
spreadsheet and or a database. I need product(software)
name, username, key/serial, password, experation date, or
any wariation of this sort!! Thank you!!

Ok... what's your question? Sounds like you've got a start on a table
design. Where do you want to go from there?

I guess Im asking for a database/template for access but a
friend got me going with one in exel. But I was wanting to
use Access what the differance? Thanks for the response

I'd build one for you, if you're interested in negotiating a
consulting contract. That's a bit bigger task than I'd want to take on
as an unpaid volunteer, though!

Excel is a spreadsheet, a good one.

Access is a relational database.

They're as different as a family sedan and a pickup truck. They both
have their strengths and weaknesses, and they serve different
purposes. I'd be inclined to do the job you describe in Access, but
it's probably going to work (differently!) in either program.
